  • Technical and usage data: device, browser, IP address, cookies or similar technologies, and product analytics events.

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform.
  • Process bookings, payments, and payouts.
  • Communicate with you about your account and transactions.
  • Verify providers, enforce our Terms, and protect safety and integrity.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the Platform, including:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Stripe — payments and Connect payouts
  • Supabase — database and application backend
  • Vercel — hosting
  • Resend — transactional email
  • PostHog — product analytics
  • Sentry — error monitoring

Insurance, brokers, and partner facilities: If you are involved in an incident or claim, we may share relevant information with insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and partner golf facilities as necessary to report or investigate claims, verify coverage, or meet contractual obligations. Sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking-related records and incident-related materials may be retained for extended periods where appropriate for legal and insurance purposes.
